Guest Information

  • Daily vouchers for street parking are available from reception at a reduced rate for hotel guests, although we cannot guarantee spaces.  Please request your voucher upon your arrival. Limited free on street parking is also available on side streets.
  • We are a 100% non-smoking hotel
  • The hotel is currently undergoing some minor refurbishment works in the corridors
  • The hotel requires full payment for your stay upon arrival.  The full details of the hotels payment policy can be provided upon request.
  • For advance pay bookings, the hotel will require a valid debit/credit card for pre-authorisation upon check-in. Alternatively, a valid photo ID (passport, driving license) can be provided.
  • The hotel has 2 M2 graded accessible rooms on the ground floor.  This grading is awarded by Visit England. You can download our Access Guide here.

Guest Notices

*Please note for an average of 1 hour a day as part of our commitment to the local community and lack of local facilities for teaching children to swim, the pool will be unavailable. Refer to the notice board in reception for times.
